Sesame Lane Redcliffe was opened in January 1988 with a licence for 50 children, the first centre built and operated by owners Hilton & Lynda Misso.
Sesame Lane Redcliffe is centrally located in the heart of Redcliffe, approximately halfway between the two main shopping centres and diagonally opposite the Redcliffe Hospital. In May 1991, Redcliffe Creche was opened next door with a licence for 43 children. Being located on Anzac Avenue provides easy driving access to the Hornibrook/Houghton Highway, Bruce Highway and is close to bus stops that service Kippa Ring, Sandgate and Chermside/City.
