What you should know about Pacific International Taekwondo: Albany Creek
Enjoyable traditional Taekwondo training in a friendly environment. Branch instructors are Senior Instructors Ben Boland and Murray Glegg. Beginners given special attention and taught correctly right from the first class. Separate classes for children (7-13yrs) and adults (14-40+yrs). No fitness or special ability needed to start, anyone can do it. Two free try-out lessons for beginners, no pressure to enrol. Become fit, energised, confident and focused. Partner training is non-contact, controlled and safe. Practise contact on kick shields and focus pads. Learn exciting kicks, punches and blocks, dynamic jumping kicks & effective defence skills.
