At Grace Swimming Club we endeavor to produce our swimmers with a fun and challenging environment. There are multiple merriment days and Mini Mecca’s Meets held at our facilities, where all the children from Learn to Swim get together to promote their newly learn and developed skills. As I experienced at the beginning of this year there are times where you can be fun and there are other times where I have to be serious and strict. This is because I want the superior out of the swimmers. So I trust I have that skills that enables me to do be the best coach for the club, for the swimmers and for myself. Enrollments payments are qualified to be made as a prorate earlier to the commencement of the stuffed succeeding month. Squad members are to check with their coaches for training times and sessions. At Grace Swimming Club we endeavor to produce our swimmers with a fun and difficult environment. The club is family orientated and we hope that the parents carers will join us at club nights and swim meets to encourage both their own children and the other families in the club. Swimming Queensland requires all swimmers who compete at club nights to have either recreational or competitive membership, and members who swim competitively must have competitive membership. If there is a change in membership level, for example a recreational club evening swimmer last season wishes to compete at exterior meets as a competitive swimmer, before any payment is made the member emails the registrar with this request, the registrar makes the necessary alterations in the system, and a new invoice is emailed for payment. The initiative introduced by Swimming Australia last year to foster younger swimmers to be involved in club night and competitive swimming is the fresh membership level, Junior Dolphin, free for all swimmers aged 7 years or below is being continued again this year. The Fresh Club Membership Application Form is only to be completed by brand new members who have never been a competitive or recreational member of any club before, or swimmers transferring from another club. Recreational members must renew or apply for membership before to attending their first club night. Even though swimming was tough at the time, the results from the weekend and the feeling of accomplishment from finishing the race leaves everyone excited and thinking about the trip for after years nationals, wherever that may be. With this years state champs only a month away, and nominations closing in a week, the focus of our swimmers and coaches is well and truly on them. The BSA season will certainly throw some challenges at us and we will need to remain to foster our members to compete where they can. The next large adventure for our club members will be the junior swimmers heading to the East Brisbane Development Face with our coaches as a lot of them get their first taste of competitive swimming at an outside meet.
