No, I have not previously worked for Belvedere Aged Care. Choices are also offered for Dessert at each meal service. Alzheimer’s Australia will work with a team of staff to identify, plan and implement attainable project designed to enhance personcentred practice within the facility. Consultation with stakeholders to identify what is crucial to them regarding the model of care, the service provided and their relationship with the facility. I was approached to join Belvedere aged protection almost 30 years ago as a personal care assistant. At Belvedere we recognize the importance of supporting our resident’s families and loved ones through times of loss and grief. People need people and the opportunity to talk about what is going on in their life, how these changes impact on them and to receive encouragement from others. The food is beautifully presented and flavorsome, offering dignity and the enjoyment of a shared dining occasion among st our residents. Our focus is to labor closely with concern staff, DPs, dietitians, medical professionals and our chef ensuring a comprehensive protection plan that supports the superior nutritional balance for our residents living with Dementia. We pride ourselves on our Staff Structure and the education opportunities provided to our staff to ensure Quality Care. This involves staff at all levels management, senior staff, care staff, allied heath professionals, catering and facilities staff. His encouraging approach helps our residents to be active, flourish confidence and engage with one another. Working together to ensure the medical protection of our residents after so many years has resulted in a trusting relationship that we all highly value at Belvedere. We recognize the service they bear to Belvedere and also the urgent work they do providing work opportunities for the disadvantaged members of the community.
