Then if indicated she uses PNF Stretching to increase your range of motion and acupressure techniques to break up adhesions followed by soothing, flowing massage to induce a sense of deep relaxation. This stimulates blood supply and relaxes muscular tension, improving joint mobility. The treatment starts with a massage to warm up your muscles, preparing them for some deep tissue work. Prior to the massage, she may use some assessments to check your range of motion and ascertain where your pain is coming from. This massage draws on her Remedial Massage & Aromatherapy Massage experience, providing her clients with a therapeutic relaxation treatment. Susie is also a Remedial Aromatherapy Massage Therapist. Most problems that could be helped by massage or physiotherapy will respond to Bowen Therapy, calm, whilst the client enjoys a pain-free relaxing treatment in a warm, nurturing environment.
